All sales are final. However, if conditions are met, and there is an initial defect in the product, or if it is damaged during delivery or sent incorrectly, we will accept returns or exchanges. In that case, please be sure to contact us with your "order number" within 7 days after the item arrives. Any shipping fees on the original order are final and will not be refunded under any circumstances. Please note that even if it is unopened, we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges after 7 days after the product arrives.
